Making a Difference

At The Icebox, both corporate philanthropy and social responsibility are woven into the fabric that makes up our company. We believe strongly that you must first give in order to receive, and therefore, we take it very seriously when our customers come to us and ask us to sponsor their "good works."

At the same time, we applaud the shift that is taking place in Corporate America toward responsible capitalism, and the practice of making decisions that not only consider financial factors such as profits, but also consider long-term social and environmental consequences. The Icebox wants to do our part to support this, and that's why we searched our network of suppliers for those that have made a commitment to embrace sustainability. We have pulled together a great selection of organic and eco-friendly products so that you, too, can go green.

After all, we're in this together, connected by Common Threads.

Cabbagetown Soccerfest 2010

Along with Sweetwater Brewery, Corner Tavern, Whynatte and other Atlanta companies, The Icebox was thrilled at the opportunity to be a part of an event so close to home. Many people, and our resident penguin mascot gathered to watch the USA/England World Cup game on the big screen and have an all around good time. We were happy to provide staff and retail tees and cups in order to help add some "cool" on a hot summer day. Our friends The Atlanta Beat even stopped by to sign autographs and do a skills demo.

Wearing tee shirts designed by The Icebox, all teams played well and Ping even got a workout courtesy of Team Kenya.
