  1. Temporary Address Change: During the checkout process, you can select the option "Use a different address" by clicking the "Ship to" dropdown arrow to specify a different shipping address for your current order.
  2. Permanent Address Change: If you need to make a permanent change to your address, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@iceboxmail.com. They will assist you in updating your account information.
  • All IN-STOCK orders ship directly from our Distribution Center and ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
  • All CUSTOM ITEMS are made-to-order at the time of your purchase and will ship directly from production, straight to you in 15 business days from placing your order.

    Please note that we are unable to combine in-stock and custom apparel orders within the same delivery shipment.
