Can I see information on any past orders I’ve placed on the Web?
Yes. Once logged in, you can click HERE or click the "Profile" icon on the top left of the website.
I need to update or add a new address to my account. How can I change this?
- Temporary Address Change: During the checkout process, you can select the option "Use a different address" by clicking the "Ship to" dropdown arrow to specify a different shipping address for your current order.
- Permanent Address Change: If you need to make a permanent change to your address, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@iceboxmail.com. They will assist you in updating your account information.
How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed online?
- All IN-STOCK orders ship directly from our Distribution Center and ship within 1-3 business days of placing your order.
I want an item that isn’t shown. How can I order it?
