Can I see information on any past orders I’ve placed on the Web?
Yes. Once logged in, you can click HERE or click the "Profile" icon on the top right of the website.
I need to update or add a new address to my account. How can I change this?
- Temporary Address Change: During the checkout process, you can select the option "Use a different address" by clicking the "Ship to" dropdown arrow to specify a different shipping address for your current order.
- Permanent Address Change: If you need to make a permanent change to your address, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@iceboxmail.com. They will assist you in updating your account information.
How often do you replenish your inventory and add a new product to the collection?
The inventory that is shown is real-time based on orders that have processed. Only items that have stock are present, which eliminates backorder issues for our customers. Our Merchandising Team works closely with Primrose corporate and continuously evaluates the online store products, ensuring that the selection is on-trend and addresses our visitors' tastes and interests.

I need to place a large order that is for more items than you have in stock. What do I do?
Please contact your dedicated Primrose Team at The Icebox if you need quantities higher than the available inventory or additional customization to an existing product.

I want an item that isn’t shown. How can I order it?

The following shipping costs have been approved by PSFC.

$80.00 to $109.99 - $14.95
$110.00 to $139.99 - $16.95
$140.00 to $169.99 - $18.95

What do I do if I need to exchange an item?
You can return stock items for credit if they have not been worn or washed and are in their original condition. You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the items.

With your return, please include the following:
1. A copy of your original order
2. Note reason for return
The return MUST INCLUDE a copy of the original order and your reason for returning to be processed for a credit/refund. If you would like to order a replacement, you can do so online at https://iceboxonline.com.

Can I ship my order to a PO Box?
Unfortunately, no. All deliveries will come via FedEx/UPS and must be delivered to a physical address.
When shipping to a residential address, we strongly encourage customers to continue checking the tracking number for the order, as we are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Thank you in advance for your understanding!
I need to remove my credit card from my account
Please contact customerservice@iceboxmail.com to remove any previously added cards on your account, and we will happily remove your saved payment. Please keep in mind, if a new payment is added again to another order, you will need to contact us to have this removed once your order is invoiced out.
I need to purchase gift certificates for my school. How can I place an order?
We will happily get these started for you! Please contact customerservice@iceboxmail.com, including the following information on what you need.
- 1. Primrose Account # (School Name)
- 2. Gift Certificate Amount + QTY
3. Payment - We can charge the card on file for you, or if you prefer to add a new form of payment, we will email you a copy of our PCI Authorization payment in our reply for you to complete at your earliest convenience.
I need to set up a new account

How long will it take to receive my order once it has been placed online?
Most in-stock orders ship within 2 to 3 business days after order submission. Depending on your shipping method and transit time from Atlanta, GA, your order should be delivered within 1 to 5 business days after it ships.
